Tournament Rules

By National Federations:

Registrations of the athletes will be considered as follows:

1. The title holder if registered. (PLACED).

2. One wild card from the Organizer Federation

3. Athletes registered as first (NORMAL 1) by all federations. If the number of 24 is not reached the athletes registered as seconds will be accepted (NORMAL 2). The federations priority order fort the second athlete and further is determined by the nations ranking of the previous EC 3C U25 where each nation is taken only once for the best standing. Federations that did not participate in previous EC will be considered at the end of the nations ranking. Athletes registered as third (NORMAL 3) will also be accepted according to the same criteria until the number of 24 participant is reached. The same procedure will be applied for fourth, fifth etc, until the number of 24 is reached (NORMAL 4,5 etc..).

Federations priority (nations ranking of last EC 3C U25): TR-AT-IT-ES-DK-GR-FR-NL-BE-CZ-LU-Other nations.

Qualification groups: 30 points - 50 innings

KO Rounds: 40 points - no equalization inning - no innings limit

IMPORTANT NOTE: Since in Greece the federation is not allowed to pay the prize money by cash it will be paid by bank transfer. Kindly be informed that athletes will be asked to provide on site full bank details (Bank name, IBAN code, name on the account) in order to pay the prize money.

The route costs approximately 90€ (fair deal) by taxi from the airport per route ΝΟΤ per person.

From the Airport take blue line to station Dimotiko Theatro (27 stops apprx. 1 hr) Cost:9€
Then the perfect solution you take TAXI to Perama Port (cost appr 11 - 15€)

Then you take Ferry to Salamina (Ships every 15 minutes, cost 1 – 2€)
When you arrived Salamina port Paloukia you can reach hotels within 5 - 10 minutes by TAXI (cost appr: 10€).
