The Ikast Billiard Club (Denmark) will host the second edition of the Coupe d'Europe 5-Pins for Club Teams.
The competition will start in two days in the club premises, organized by the Ikast Billiard Club under the auspices of the Danish Biliard Federation (DDBU) and the CEB.
15 teams representing 7 National Federations from all over Europe will fight for this prestigious trophy now at its second edition. First edition took place in 2022 in Roeselare (Belgium): BC Fribourg (CH) was the winner, Diamante Lugano (CH) took the silver, both will not show this time. BC Ikast and Dos Roeselare got the bronze and will be hunting for the gold.
Qualification groups will start on June 1st until Friday 2nd. Quarter finals are scheduled on Saturday 3rd, semifinals and finals will take place on Sunday 4th.
Update days 1 & 2.
First two days of the Coupe d'Europe in Ikast are just passed. The rankings in the 4 qualification groups are decided hence quarter finalists are now known. Among the players we were able to see the two times Biathlon U21 National Team European Champion Jonas Sondergaard, Adela Kurechkova who played the first European Championship 5-Pins Women in Antalya and Nathan Legendre, European Champion free game U21.
Best teams performances were achieved by the home main team of Ikast that did not lose a single set. The German team of BC Friesacker also showed excellent game-play losing only one relay to Grøndal. DOS Roeselare from Belgium dominated his group conceding only one set point to the group opponents. An exciting quarter finals stage is on sight starting from Saturday morning at 10:00. One of those matches that you can't miss will be the Danish clash between Ikast and Grøndal.
Group A: Winner Næstved BK, runner up SKD.
Group B: Winner Friesacker BC, runner up BK Grøndal.
Group C: Winner DOS Roeselare, runner up CMO Morangis.
Group D: Winner Ikast BK, runner up KNBB.

Update day 3.
Two quarter finals matches were decided by a clear victory. French team of Morangis and German team of BC Freisacker were the first to reach the semifinals after a 3-0 score, the relay was not needed,
The relay had to be played in the other two quarters final. DOS Roeselare won by 4-1 while in the all Danish clash between Ikast and Grøndal it was Grøndal to reach the semifinals with a 3-2 score.
The semifinals will be on the scene tomorrow morning starting at 9:00:
