The well-known Sports Center De Hazelaar in Rosmalen (the Netherlands) will host the 2018 European Ladies Cup 3-cushion, from 8 – 10 June. It will be the last event in this format: from 2019, the women will once again participate in a women’s championship at the Brandenburg multi-EC.
This tournament in Rosmalen, even if it has no European title attached, carries enough weight. The participating federations can earn their place in the upcoming Women’s World Championship in Turkey, this September.
The CEB has made the advancement and promotion of billiards for women and junior players a priority, and it is therefore in full support of the Rosmalen Ladies Cup.
About the Ladies Cup format:
- 16 ladies will participate, in 4 groups of 4.
- Matches in the group stage will be to 25 points with a 40-inning maximum.
- The time limit is 40 seconds, with three time-outs.
- Nrs. 1 and 2 will advance to the K.O. stage, where 1 plays 8, 2 plays 7, etc.
- The K.O. stage will have matches to 30 points with a 40-inning maximum.
- There is a prize fund of 1.600 Euro, with a first prize of 400 Euro.

- Group B: Cardoso, Daske, Skolarikou, Breur.
- Group C: Jensen, Degener, van Dansik, Bajtner.
- Group D: Buelens, Hambalkova, Mortensen, Geelen.
