After the death of CEB-president Wolfgang Rittmann according to the statutes CEB has to organize an extraordinary congress within three month to elect a new president for the rest of the normal election period..
The board of CEB has decided to organize the extraordinary congress in cooperation with the German Billiard Federation (DBU) at Saturday the 23rd April 2016, 10:30 h in RATINGEN in GERMANY.
