The final day of the Longoni NextGen Circuit 2022-2023 in the Campomarte billiard club in Brescia was really exciting.
We celebrate today the podium of this last 3-cushion event and the overall standings for this season.
In the first semifinal Burak Hashas had few difficulties against Amir Ibraimov, beating him by 35-20 in 40 innings. In the second semifinal Nathan Duriez performed an excellent match winning on Seymen Ozbas by 35-25 in 31. The final was an extremely tense and tactical match, Nathan starded well and fast gaining a good advantage. Burak fought back shortening the gap but missing the ultimate goal. Nathan defended his advantage until the end. Tha match finished with a score of 35-32 in 37 innings granting to Nathan the first place, Burak is second. Seymen Ozbas and Amir Ibraimov are in third position. All results are published on CEB info page.
Today's results decided also the final overall standings of the Longoni NextGen ranking for this sport season and the 3 wild cards that the CEB will grant for the next EC 3-Cushion Individual to the top three. Only few points made the difference here. Burak Hashas finishes at the top of the ranking with 67 points followed by Nathan Duriez at 65 and Denizcan Akkoca at 60.
