VEGHEL 2024: Q.C.TRAN WINS, CAUDRON IS RUNNER UP, BRONZE FOR CEULEMANS
The Vietnamese Q.C.Tran wins his second World Cup in 2024, the fourth in his carrier. Frederic Caudron (BE) is back again on a UMB podium taking the silver medal. Peter Ceulemans (BE) shares the bronze with T.T.T. Nguyen.

Frederic Caudron and Peter Ceulemans will defend the old continent honor in the Veghel World Cup semifinals tomorrow, October 26th. Two Vietnamese will be the opponents. For the records 3 out of the 4 semifinalists were not seeded players, only the Vietnamese Q.C.Tran started in the last 32.

VEGHEL WORLD CUP 2024.
The fifth edition of the Veghel World Cup is underway in the Netherlands. This is also the fifth World Cup in 2024.
The CEB athletes directly seeded in the last 32 are the following and their tournament will start tomorrow October 24th: Dick Jaspers (NL), Eddy Merckx (BE), Martin Horn (DE), Tayfun Tasdemir (TR), Marco Zanetti (IT), Torbjorn Blomdahl (SE) and Tolgahan Kiraz (TR); Glenn Hofman(NL) and Jeffrey Jorissen (NL) have been awarded with a wild card and will are also start in the last 32. We wish the best to all of them and to the many other playing today in the last qualification round.
Semifinals and final will be on the scene on October 26th.
