Tournament Rules.

Registrations by federations on CEB website and open to athletes by email to CEB Sports Director.

Registrations priority:

1. First 8 athfletes in the reference CEB Ladies 3C Ranking for 10 days from the opening of registrations (PLACED). Reference ranking.

2. Athletes registered by federations on CEB website. Maximum 2 registrations by each federation. (NORMAL 1 and 2).

3. Freely registered athletes on a first come-first play base.

- First 8 athletes of current CEB Ladies ranking will have a registration reservation for ten days from the registration opening. After ten days not confirmed places will be made available to other registrations.

- Priority is then given first to federations registrations according to the federation number of registration, and after to athletes free registrations on a first come-first play basis.

The free athletes registrations are carried out by email to the CEB Sports Director; the priority is given according to the date and time of the email. Opening date and time of registrations: February 22th 19:00 CET. E-mails sent before the date and time of opening will not be taken into consideration.

It will be accepted a number of participants to ensure full groups. In case of 17, 18, 19 registrations only 16 athletes will be confirmed, In case of 21, 22, 23 registrations only 20 athletes will be confirmed. Registrations exceeding the number of 24 will be put in the reserve list.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: REGISTRATIONS OPENING
The registrations for freely registered athletes will be opened on February 22nd (Thursday) at 7 PM CET. Deadline April 3rd. To register send an email to CEB Sport Director stefano.malacrita@eurobillard.org with your name, surname and nationality.
The registrations for federations PLACED players (top 8 of CEB Ladies Ranking) will be opened to federations on February 22nd on CEB website, deadline for federations PLACED players is March 3rd 11.59 PM CET (Sunday).
The registrations for normal federation players (max 2 for each federation) will be opened on Feb. 22nd for federations on CEB website. Deadline April 3rd.

Free registrations for this Grand Prix.

In case of no-show or withdrawal after the registration deadline a fine of 100€ will be imposed to the confirmed athlete. The athlete will not be able to register for any following event until the fine has been paid. About exceptions, in case for example of force majeure, the CEB board decides.

The Valencia VLC airport is 60 km away and there is a metro connection with the Valencia train station to go to Gandia in 60 minutes.

Playing venue is the main hall of the Hotel Gandia Palace ****. The Hotel is 300mt from the beach.

Access to Gandía beach is by taxi, 10 minutes from the train station or the city center of Gandía, or by city bus.
